The new push notification system keeps all stakeholders informed instantly. Tenants are updated about agreement renewals, maintenance closures, and upcoming invoice deadlines. Managers receive alerts for pending approvals, inspectors are notified when jobs are reviewed, and residents gain immediate confirmations for amenity bookings. These real-time updates improve transparency and strengthen trust between property teams and clients.
Across the Manager, Resident, Owner, Worker, and Employee apps, dashboards have been optimized for speed and usability. New features such as license expiry badges and property dropdowns give managers clear visibility into portfolio health at a glance.
The Employee App has been redesigned with a modern Corporate Services Hub, offering streamlined access to HR, facility, and workplace tools — helping organizations deliver better services internally.
At Property Automate, we rolled out the September 2025 Product Release, delivering a series of product updates designed to make property management faster, more transparent, and more reliable. The latest enhancements streamline workflows, improve communication, and strengthen user experience across the platform — helping property teams, owners, and residents achieve more with less effort.
With this release, lease creation, reservations, and finance applications are more intuitive and error-free. Smart validations ensure compliance while preventing unnecessary mistakes. Maintenance requests are now easier to track end-to-end, with invoices generated only after approval. Managers and brokers also benefit from refined search and filtering tools, ensuring they see only what’s relevant — saving time and reducing complexity.
To better serve a global client base, Property Automate has expanded Arabic right-to-left (RTL) support across invoices, dashboards, and announcements. Security has also been strengthened: expired guest and worker passes can no longer be reused, ensuring safer and more compliant property operations.
