Product Update – April 2025: Major Feature Release Enhancing Flexibility, Transparency, and User Experience

Chennai, India

At Property Automate, we are constantly evolving to meet the needs of our clients and redefining how real estate operations are managed. As part of our commitment to continuous innovation, we are pleased to announce our April 2025 product release, a significant update packed with new features, improved workflows, interface enhancements, and enhanced reliability functions across the platform.

This release delivers powerful improvements designed to help property managers, facility teams, landlords, and tenants operate with greater transparency, flexibility, and control.

External Property Units Now Live

A major highlight of this release is the introduction of External Property Units within the Property Administration module. This new functionality enables users to manage vendor-associated property units that may have unique pricing structures or listing attributes. It also identifies and displays potential duplicate units for improved clarity and organization.

This feature is particularly valuable for teams working with third-party vendors or handling co-listed properties. It offers more flexibility in managing external inventory without impacting internal records.

Improved Transparency in Payment Structure

To make financial documentation more transparent and client-friendly, we have enhanced the Initial Payment section during the quotation and agreement processes. The payment breakdown is now clearly divided into two sections: Refundable payments and Upfront and One-time Charges.

This structured view helps both internal teams and customers understand what is refundable and what constitutes fixed, non-recurring charges, such as inventory or service fees. The result is better documentation, smoother billing workflows, and clearer financial communication.

Smarter Automated Email Notifications

We have further strengthened our email notification system to keep users informed at every key stage. The platform now sends automated email alerts for events such as:

  • Invoice settlements
  • Publication of official letters
  • Booking and cancellation of amenities
  • Completion of maintenance job tasks
  • Landlord's responses to agreements
  • Approval or rejection of termination and renewal requests

Notifications are sent to all registered contacts and alert email addresses, ensuring that both internal and external stakeholders stay in the loop with timely updates.

Updated Permissions and Arabic Localization

Role-based access permissions have been reviewed and updated across several core modules, including RealtyGoto, LeaseGoto, CoworkGoto, PropGoto Books, BrokerGoto, Organization Administration, and FacilitiesGoto. These changes support a more intuitive user experience and give administrators better control over module-specific access.

Additionally, the entire platform is now fully localized in Arabic, ensuring seamless usage for our clients in the MENA region.

Visual Enhancements in ListingsGoto App

The ListingsGoto app has received a user interface upgrade with updated font styling using System UI. This change enhances readability and ensures consistent visuals across devices and platforms.

Feedback Feature Added to Owner App

As part of our ongoing commitment to user feedback, the Owner App now supports feedback submissions linked directly to completed Maintenance or General Service requests. Once a request is resolved, owners can rate their experience and share comments, helping property managers monitor service quality and drive continuous improvement.

This feature, already available in the Resident, Tenant, Workspace, and Employee apps, can be enabled through App Controls by administrators.

Enhanced Reliability Functions for a Smoother Experience

We have optimized features across critical areas of the platform, including CRM, Maintenance, Client Management, and Utility Management. These enhancements improve feature quality, boost platform reliability, and refine user workflows, from resolving data alignment and eliminating duplicate records to ensuring consistent Arabic UI and accurate translations.

This release marks a significant step forward in our journey to simplify and automate property operations. Whether you are managing residential communities, commercial complexes, or vendor partnerships, these updates are crafted to help you deliver better service with greater efficiency.
