Property Automate receives approval to integrate EJAR into our PropGOTO Suite of Property and Facility Management Solutions

Property Automate has received approval to integrate with Ejar, the nationwide rental platform managed by the National Housing Company (NHC) under the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing (MOMRAH). The integration process is underway, aiming to enhance lease management and regulatory compliance in the Kingdom’s real estate sector.

Ejar standardizes rental agreements and ensures compliance with Saudi Arabia’s real estate regulations. Once fully integrated, PropGOTO will enable seamless digital lease registration, contract renewals, and tenant verification, fostering transparency and efficiency.
