Property Automate Launches Significant Initiatives & New Product Features

We have unveiled a powerful new product release for May 2025, introducing breakthrough features, smarter workflows, and a wave of enhancements designed to elevate property and lease management experiences worldwide. 

The highlight of this release is the all-new Title Deed Transfer Request feature. This module allows users to initiate and manage deed-related transactions, including title transfers, ownership changes, and corrections, all within a guided digital workflow. It includes document handling, multi-party coordination, inspection scheduling, financial recording, and built-in two-stage approvals, making complex processes seamless and transparent. 

Another notable addition is the Opportunity Tracker, which logs the entire sales lead journey, from creation and reassignment to outcomes like postponement or disqualification. This real-time visibility helps sales teams improve follow-ups, accountability, and closure rates. The tracker is available for all newly created opportunities moving forward.  

This release also includes key product enhancements aimed at improving usability and performance across the Property Automate ecosystem. 

In the Manager App, document formats and lead workflows have been streamlined for greater clarity and efficiency. Invoice PDFs are now cleaner, with improved tax and discount formatting, while lead creation forms are more user-friendly and region-aware. 

Facility and maintenance tools have also been refined, with updates that improve scheduling accuracy, data validation, and job tracking, ensuring smoother operations for property managers. 

The Owner App sees better file handling and precise BOM calculations, while the Tenant and Resident apps now offer more consistent access to account statements and transaction data.
